About the Growth Cohort

For owners who are ready for the next level

The Level Up Growth Cohort is the Level Up Business Academy track for businesses that already have customers, revenue, and at least a year of history. It is built around three goals.

Scalability: financial systems, pricing, operations, and a team that let the business grow without the owner doing everything. Growth: the capital, sales systems, and contracts that bring in bigger customers. Access: the full B-OSS network working for your business, from lenders and specialist advisors to contract readiness, media production, and space at the hub.

Every session ends with a deliverable built on your own numbers. By the last session, you have a three-year growth plan and a capital pitch.

FAQ

Questions we hear most

Why do I need a B-OSS account first?

Your account is how B-OSS reserves your seat at info sessions, reviews your application, and tracks your milestones, sessions, and services once the program starts. Create it once and use the same email everywhere.

My business is just under a year old. Can I apply?

Apply if you will reach 12 months of operation by January 14, 2027, and have sales records to share. Otherwise, the Winter cohort is the right fit.

Is there a minimum revenue?

No. We ask for a revenue range so we can group businesses and match advisors. Commitment to growth matters more than size.

Do I have to share my financials?

Yes, with your advisor. The program works on your real numbers, and everything you share stays confidential.

Can a manager attend instead of me?

The owner or a co-owner must attend. A manager or bookkeeper is welcome to join you.

Do I have to take out a loan?

No. The capital session helps you decide whether financing fits your plan and, if it does, which kind.

Is this legal, tax, or financial advice?

No. The program is education. B-OSS connects you with licensed professionals when you need them.
